Rail Park Philadelphia

This is the second iteration of In dark times will there also be singing? It was built specifically for the Rail Park in Philadelphia in collaboration with the The Friends of the Rail Park. The installation is scheduled to take place on Friday, September 10th, 2021 from 6:00pm-7:30pm as part of the Rail Park's Summer Sunset Series.
